This unit is in excellent, cleeeean, like new condition-only used for one summer. 1x LG Window AC Unit (model LW6017R -- 6,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner -- Cools 250 sq ft). Google model # for more specs on this unit. I just moved and no longer need it-has been well taken care of, I even deinstalled it during winter so it didn't sit out in the snow and rain.

If you're considering a unit for a small apt/space, I really liked this one. It's also seriously upgraded if you add a bluetooth smart plug to turn it on or off at any time, or put it on a schedule.
